So you are looking for the "Washer" and "Spring" in this diagram?

The spring PN is 629 769 and I couldn't find any new ones (Hiltop, Grease Monkey, Len Dawson, Mopar Mall) but I didn't check everyone. It was common across the board for all 55-56 Mopars (and maybe earlier)

The washer is a thrust washer and was PN 605 004 and it too was across the board in 55-58 (yes 58).

Len Dawson has the 605004 thrust washer:

Loc Quanity Part # Description Application Price
X-32 24 605004 U-JT THRUST WASHER P, D 36-54; MOST 55-65 2

As does Grease Monkey:

There are kits out there with everything:

The driveshaft guy in my town has a bunch of the old ball and trunion drive shafts. He saved them when he made the new type for people. I don't know if he will sell them but can ask if people are really interested in getting one.
