Subject: 1961 Plymouth Horn Ring Assembly

Hello, I have a 1961 Plymouth Custom Suburban with power steering, I was wondering if anyone has pictures of the backside of the assembly in the attached photo showing how this style of horn ring attaches to the wheel/column. I found three black plastic spacers that look like (for lack of a better term) top hats on the floorboard but no screws or springs. I know these spacers are used in attaching the horn ring to the wheel/column, but I'm not sure exactly how. Any pictures/explanation will be greatly appreciated, thanks.
