Location: Texas | Looking for a few 1732336 hubcap clips for the 1956 Fury or Adventurer. Does anyone make them?
Also not sure how to install them. Can you install them after the tire is inflated or do you install them and then inflate the tire?
I am trying to install them on an inflated tire and they keep popping off.

Location: New Castle PA | First of all, I know NOTHING about those clips and wouldn't know one if it bit me in the behind. However, I seem to recall reading somewhere (maybe on this board) that vintage Thunderbirds used the same clips for the wheelcovers, and repros are available. Perhaps that will jog someone' memory or generate a response. Good luck. |

Location: Texas | The small poverty caps...hub caps...use clips that rivet to the wheel near the lugs.
The 1956 Fury and Adventurer use gold anodized aluminum 15" wheel covers that use 5 spring clips that attach to the edge of the wheel. My questions are about that design. |

| You might want to look into the Chevy Cameo truck hubcap retaining clips (JEEP Super Wagoneers used the same style for the so-called beauty rings). Jim Carter Enterprises sells them. |
