Are Dodge wagon rear exterior door handles different than regular 4 door sedan handles? I bought an NOS 4 door rear door handle and it doesn't fit, has slight difference in casting. Parts book denotes 1755600 and 1755601 as for "1957-58 4 Dr. Sub"

Location: Western Colorado		Hi Garrett,
The rear exterior door handles are different from wagon to sedan.
I don't remember exactly what is different, but I know my sedan handles would not work on my N/Y'er wagon.
