Member Posts: 49 Location: Chuckanut Mountain, Washington | Hi all- I have a problem with a manual master cylinder not letting fluid return fully so the brakes don't release. New return springs all the way around. Since there is no adjustment to the push rod, is there anything else that could be the problem? The cylinder was rebuilt but I'm not sure what to look for. Cheers, chef

I can pull the pedal towards me slightly so there is plenty of free play. The piston does fully return as well. Edited by chefothefuture 2021-07-12 11:42 PM
