Veteran Posts: 114  Location: Wakeman, Ohio | Hello Everyone, Thank you to ALL that inquired, but the spot from Las Vegas back to the east for the last week of October has been filled. Normally in cases like this where multiple folks want the same spot I put together another trip to accommodate as many as I can. Unfortunately I stop crossing the Rocky Mountain Passes mid/late October, so I am done going west after these trips are run! After 43+years of doing this....I am long past the point of wanting to slip & slide across the passes with customers 6 figure + cars in my trailer! To be clear...the first person to confirm got the spot! Also the Enclosed Transport Spot from New England back towards the Great Lakes/Central part of the country for the 1st week of November has also been FILLED! When it all shakes out I may have an Enclosed Transport Spot available from Omaha/Kansas City, Etc back towards Ohio around the 2nd week of November. I will always answer calls, email or P.M.'s & try to help any way I can, so don't hesitate! Veteran Posts: 114 Location: Wakeman, Ohio | Hello Everyone, Just back from another great trip...Michigan to California, Nevada to Minnesota & Wisconsin back to Ohio. This coming weeks trip Ohio to Georgia, South Carolina to Nevada, Nevada to Oklahoma & Oklahoma to Ohio is filled 100% The trip for the 1st week of November will have an Enclosed Transport Spot available from the Omaha, Ne/DesMoines, Ia. area back towards Ohio/Kentucky/Tennessee. Also mid November I will have an Enclosed Transport Spot available from the Denver, Co area back towards Ohio. I am done running out west for this season. Got snow on Donner Pass Oct 14th heading out to San Jose....Don't need to put up with that crap anymore! LOL Closing out my 43rd year in business with well over 4.5 million accident-free transport miles. Hoping to hit that 5 million mile mark in about a year & a half God Willing! Even though I am trying to wind down for this year, I continue to book transports for guys who want a Quality, Honest transporter who can be trusted to deliver their new baby safe & sound. I hope to b e done for the year by mid December, so the last few spots for this year are dwindling!!!! TWO for sure spots available for mid November in the Single Car Enclosed Trailer are : Maryland/Delaware back to Ohio Indiana or Michigan & Denver/Colorado Springs, Co back to Ohio or maybe further East. Closing out my 43rd year in business with well over 4.5 million accident-free transport miles. Hoping to hit that 5 million mile mark in about a year & a half God Willing! Also....I do ALL the transports I post for & ALL of my customer feedback is posted by the customers with whom I did the transport for, NOT posted by me on my own website (I don't have one). I don't have time to do Youtube videos of other people's work & could care less if my ad gets bumped down immediately after I post it by some homeless guy who is currently mooching off his daughter in the Northwest, because I always have more customers than I can handle & as long as I do what the customer expects....I always will! Veteran Posts: 114 Location: Wakeman, Ohio | Hello Everyone, Another Great Trip in the books : Kentucky to New Hampshire, Maine to Nebraska, Oklahoma to Tennessee & Tennessee to Maryland. Got to spend a bit of time with good friends & met a few new ones! This is is such a great part of my business....Spending time with them & seeing their other cars/projects. My schedule is so tight so as to fit all the transports in that the time I spend with each one is NOT anywhere near as long as I would like it to be, but as I drive away, I am smiling & my heart is filled with all the good things our hobby gives us! I have been running wide open for 6 weeks to clear my schedule in time to hopefully shut down by Thanksgiving (pipe dream I know but am trying). I currently have one Enclosed Transport Spot Available from The Denver/Colorado Springs Area to The Oklahoma City/Tulsa Area on or about November 17th I very much like to post pictures of customers/friends cars I transported on the previous trip in my ads. I hope they enjoy seeing their new babies pictures posted & to me it shows that I am actually doing what I say I do & NOT just Internet Propaganda , because of course...on the internet you can be anything you want to be! Veteran Posts: 114 Location: Wakeman, Ohio | Hello Everyone, As of 7:30PM last night....I am DONE transporting for this year! It was another great year of seeing friends again & meeting new ones through the transport of their babies. I did shut down a few weeks earlier than last year, but as the only child of elderly Parents that need increasingly more help & the time required to fight/cure my Wife of cancer, I felt it was time. I am sure in a week or so I will feel like an addict needing a fix, but no, too much needs done here. As always I am available to quote prices, offer advice or recommend a few other gentlemen that I trust 100% with my customer overflow (some are also shutting down for winter) so you don't get screwed by the Bottom Feeders in my industry. A fitting end to the season is the Yellow Hemi Challenger pictured below. It is one of only 60 with the SE package & is perfect. I have to believe it is worth well into the 6 figure range! Veteran Posts: 114 Location: Wakeman, Ohio | Merry Christmas to my Friends/Customers & Fellow Car Guys/Gals on The Forum! I have been off the road for a month now, got some stuff done around here, but in my mind not enough. I am very excited for this Christmas in particular this year, because I can't wait to give Laura her present. I have held back posting any pictures of it so nobody "spilled the beans" to her, but since there are only 50 hours until she gets it I am pretty safe to show one of it hiding in the trailer! Except for a national show the end of January, I am off the road until probably late Feb/early March, but will always answer calls, emails or P. M.'s in a timely fashion. I already have half a dozen transports booked for March as I start my 44th year of business, but trying NOT to think about that to keep the stress & anxiety level low while I try to get some more stuff done on MY cars. Veteran Posts: 114 Location: Wakeman, Ohio | Happy New Year to ALL my Friends/Customers & Fellow Car Guys & Gals. 2026 will be a GREAT year! I would like to thank ALL my great customers who made 2025 another amazing year of transporting! It was so nice to see friends/previous customers again as well as meet so many new ones! I have said over the last 4 or 5 years that I want to cut back on my road time, but it never really happens because I don't like to disappoint any of my many customers. I did manage to come in at just under 100K miles for '25 which for me is cutting back a bit. I'll be back out again by March 1st (maybe a bit sooner) with one caveat...I am doing a national show on January 28th in Atlanta & will be transporting one from NW Arkansas there & back. This leaves me with an opening from Ohio to somewhere around NW Arkansas & then a spot available from that area back to Ohio after taking the show vehicle back there.
