How did you send it? Danielle's e-mail address changed with the Stellantis change.

usps. multiple forms involved and I dont remember seeing any email address anywhere on the website. I sent a USPS the year before covid and got a prompt response. It is my understanding that this an all-volunteer effort and maybe they decided it just wasnt worth it. ??

Maybe, but you only need to contact Danielle by email:

I need an updated source from Stellantis to order the IBM card for my car.
Has anybody ordered one since Stellantis took over?

This is a message Danielle sent to someone in April 2021. Not sure if things have changed but her updated e-mail address is below.

I received your email at the FCA Historical Archives. We do offer a build record service, but at this time, we are unable to do the research needed to answer your request, due to corporate guidelines, and have limited physical access to the archival records. We are able to answer requests where we can remotely access the materials.
While we cannot provide a time frame as to when we will be able to assist you, I would expect that it will be towards the end of June, but there is no target date at this time. Please contact us back in the mid summer to see if the service has been renewed.
Thank you for your understanding on this matter. We look forward to being able to help our customers in the future.

its a volunteer effort? but people are paying right?

I would think this would be taken seriously now with cars costing millions of dollars being identified.

Mike: Chill out. Give them a break. Covid has affected their operations.

The last I heard they were no longer taking our money or sending out letters. Instead you get a free email with an image of your car's IBM card from their microfiche library. That is the important thing and it is free. You still need to prove ownership via a scan of your registration or title or something, like before.

I just put somebody onto Danielle's new email the other day with this quote:

"This is a message Danielle sent to someone in April 2021. Not sure if things have changed but her updated e-mail address is below.

"I received your email at the FCA Historical Archives. He replied to me that he got a reply immediately:

" Thanks a bunch, I just sent a query to Danielle, I got a "I'm out of the office this week" reply ... so, there may be hope."

So there is hope.

Yes Dave I did. I have also sent a reminder email. Not complaining , just stating that it takes a little longer nowadays to get the email.

Exactly one year ago i send an email to Danielle with the Stellantis build record quest sheet and the title ( copies ). Got back an email that i have to wait a little bit.
Two month later i got a wonderful answer.

Hello Roger,

Thank you for your patience while we work through our orders. Attached please find the copy of the build card for your vehicle. The selling dealer was Stephen Butcher, Inc., located in Hazelton, PA.
Please note, we cannot reprint build cards any differently. The build cards were put on microfilm many years before they arrived to the archives. Everything possible has been done to provide you with the best copy from our files. We cannot make the build cards any larger or clearer, than what has been provided to you.

We are also unable to provide the decoding of the build records due to a high volume of requests and limited staffing. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you.

We hope you find this information useful.

Roger: Check your private mail here. I can extract a jpg from the pdf that Danielle sent you and then improve it a bit
before sending it back to you.

The PM has my email in it.
