Must be less that 250 Kb, i.e. you need to resize your photo to something like 1024 x 768 (good size for this forum) before uploading.

If the images is from an iPhone or iPad (i.e. a .jpeg), it won't show up on the screen but it will show up as a clickable link. (And then we have to open it with some app). Kind of painful. Better is you can convert your photo to a .jpg (if it is a .jpeg)

Needs to be <250KB and a .jpg to work properly here.
