Unfortunately, I have recently been scammed by someone calling themselves Jeremy Arriaga (jeremy00545@gmail.com and hellfury707@gmail.com) for $50, over the electronic funds transfer app called Zelle, while trying to buy a part on this forum. I think my ad in the ‘parts wanted’ section was where it started. I’ve completed lots of transactions with many good people on this forum and others and feel lucky this is the only time I let my guard down and got scammed – I didn’t verify some things I normally do. Please beware and feel free to share this information with others as I’d like to help shut down criminal activity like this.

This person contacted me via my email address. Is that information available to non-registered users?

Your email is only available if you put it in your "signature" file. I just checked and I don't see it. So Jeremy must have found it some other way? Did you post it in your "Wanted" thread?
