| Is there a way to get the mylar strip replaced on the door panels? The material on the door panels is in excellent shape with the only problem part being the mylar strip that has the chrome film peeling off of it. Is there a way to get this strip and glue it back on or once it comes off, you have to replace the entire door panel?
Thanks,
Brian |

Location: Newark, Texas (Fort Worth) | I would call some 'wrap' people for some scraps. Trial and error, You'll get it done. |

| you can buy mylar and reglue it after carefully removing(depends) it may not be 100% original appearance.
If you want that, talk to SMS and 1000$ and 4 years later youll be good |

| We got a sample from SMS but it doesn’t have the pleating like original and I can’t see a way to depress it back into the original recess areas. |

| They said it was exact material. The cloth part for the seat is, but the Mylar isn’t. |
