Location: Ferndale, WA 98248 | Is anyone reproducing the seat foam for 300F / G rear bucket seats? I had an order in with Quirey for over a year, but they've said they can't get seat foam these days. I did get their reproduction 300G front and rear seat covers, but can't do anything with them with no foam. I have foam for the front seats.
If no repro sources, is any other year / body style bucket seat foam a close match for the 300G rears?
Any leads or insight appreciated!

If you have anything to work with at all, a good auto or marine uphostery shop can likely fabricate the foam form that you need.

There seems to be a few potential shops near Ferndale WA:

Location: Ferndale, WA 98248 | Greetings friends from just over the border!
Ian - J.C. Auto did the astrodome resto on my car, and supplied other parts to the shop that did the mechanical work on my car. I had not thought about them for the foam. I'll check with them.
Dave - I had already tried the Google search locally. Most of those shops are now out of business. The rest were not interested in this job. One shop would put the seats together if I could find the pre-shaped foam, but we wanted an arm and two legs to do it. My seat cores do have 90+% of their foam still intact. I'm looking forward to the border being fully re-open soon so I could try some shops in the lower mainland.
I know it always looks easier than it really is watching somebody do something in a video, but after watching the YouTube video you supplied I'm tempted to try the foam fab myself. Doesn't look more difficult than some of the wood work I've done.

Here is another video. This one is showing how a professional can repair a bucket seat bottom, replacing bad foam with good and reshaping back to factory form.

If/when the border does re-open you could try Royal City Bedding and Upholstery in South Surrey (just south of Hwy 10). They do custom stuff for boats and cars.
