Subject: Trunk lid torsion bar tool

Hey guys,
I have to reinstall the trunk lid torsion bars someone removed from my 1961 Dodge Polara prior to me buying it. Can anyone provide specs for making the tool or no a vintage tool that works
for this application. Also do the rollers come off of the bars or are they pressed fit. Any pointers would be appreciated as how I have not worked on these before.
