Has anyone replaced the generator on a 1956 354 ci engine? On a car with power steering? If so, what was your solution to the PS being driven by the generator? Thanks for any help/leads/hints. George 1956 Imperial C73

Gary S. (aka "Wayfarer" here) has been working on that. Uses an early Mopar alternator and a PS pump from a 318-360 mid-70's/80's Dodge truck. I am following his lead for my 315 Dodge hemi (similar but smaller than a 354).
