I’ve got a broken top leaf spring on my 1957 Dodge and would like to replace that one, or ideally both top leaves on each side (two from the same car that are in good useable shape). I’m in Laramie WY. I’ve got Forward Look parts cars, but nothing that’s a match for that spring.

The rear springs on these cars were too weak even when new. I recommend you replace them with a set of new springs from Eaton Detroit Spring or from a local truck shop. The only used springs that won't be disappointing would be a good set of wagon springs, which are likely hard to get.
