I picked up a '62 Plymouth book pretty cheap as well, so thought I would post it too. The '62 Valiant is really just an extenuation of the '60-'62 Valiant so it does belong here, similar to the '62 Dodge 880.
Surprisingly, the cover didn't say 1962 anywhere on it. That bugged me so I put it on.

The '62 Fury fabrics are a little disappointing in my mind. They are a nice durable fabric with metallic lacing, but don't excite me as much as the others. Maybe if I saw them on the car, I would change my mind.

I guess the solid color only rule for 1961 Valiants didn't go over very well so they extended 2-tone options for the Valiant in 1962. Not many combos or colors are listed there though, so not sure how many were really available.
