I think the rear end of it was definitely later of the production line than the front end

It states that it was sold. But where did you get the serial number from it? I didn't see it listed in the ad.

the price went from $11000 to $14000 and he is now looking for Dean Mullinax who is involved in looking for the last DeSoto

I think not. I personally like the lines in comparison to the other ‘62 Chrysler Corporation models that were offered-so very different from the rest yet bold in appearance. My opinion of course.

It would be interesting to see how successful it was if given the chance.
