I just got the card back from Stellantis. Dealer Code Number is 9030 Region 52 I believe. Danielle was nice enough to include that it is for Martin Motor. Co. Springfield, MO. This means that my car has never been registered in any other state besides Missouri and confirms my suspicions of the remnant Missouri registration sticker.

Could you post the data plate picture (located on the driver's side door pillar)?

You letter codes on it should be B4, E1, and N6...

I will have to check and see the door pillar. I only remember the vin on the door pillar. I have not found the data plate (might have been removed). I thought they were on the radiator yoke?

Well, what I can see:

Upper Row:

1117 = Scheduled on November 11, 1958;
554 = Model: Chrysler (5), New Yorker (5), Four Door Hardtop (4) – one of 4,805 produced;
102203 = Your Serial Number should be M551102203: 1959 (M), Chrysler (5), New Yorker (5), Jefferson Assembly Plant (1), 2203th New Yorker Four Door Hardtop built (102203);
RRR = Radiant Red Paint, Monotone Paint Scheme;
368 = Optional All-Red Vinyl Upholstery
2 = 362 = Power Swivel Seats;
17 = White Side Wall Tires 9.00 x 14 – Rayon;
1 = 611 = Domestic Drive;
52 = Region – You know it already;
9030 = Dealer No – You know it too;
105 = Order No
9 = 709 – no info

Middle row:

3142 = Motor Code
531 = 2.93 to 1 Rear Axle Ratio
545 = Heavy Duty 40 Amperes Generator
304 = Power Windows
333 = Manual Dual Rear Antennas
341 = Heater with Defroster and Air Conditioning – Single Unit
441 = Radio Music Master without Rear Seat Speaker
466 = Solex Tinted Glass at all Windows and Shaded Windshield

I’ll be waiting the data plate picture for confirming my guessing: B4, E1, N6, and Z2

I have the silver "vehicle number on my driver door post. I have yet to find the second build plate in the engine bay. I saw on the 300 forum that it can sometimes be in different places depending on the year.

I can confirm that it is AC, Power swivel, dual antenna

You may also try to find the data plate under the hood on the radiator splash panel – between the grille and radiator itself, like on the picture below on this 300 E:

In 1959 Chrysler cars were built by two assembly plants: Los Angeles and Jefferson. Los Angeles data plate traditionally located under the hood on the cowl panel, near the right hood hinge.
Early Detroit data plates were located on the radiator splash panel. Since April 1959 approximately the data plates moved to the driver’s side pillar and replace the silvery vehicle no. tag.

The latest car with data plate attached on the radiator splash panel I’ve seen was built on March 5, 1959 and the earliest car with data plate on the driver’s pillar was built on April 10, 1959…
