Please can someone confirm, how high oil level shoud rise when car has been parked couple days?

My problem is this kind:

Last week i change oil pan gasket, i started car and let it idling.

After that i fill up oil until level was about F mark, couple times i switch every gear and leave transmission to N position.

Everything seems to be ok, i use car and everything works normaly.

But when car was parked about 4 days, there was leaking quite much and oil level was really high on stick.

After 1 or 2 days, there was no any leaking.

Can all that oil be from torque converter?

Leak itself seems to be from that upper joint, i fix that later.

Perfectly normal. The rise in fluid level is caused by converter drain back i.e. when not running, a little over half the fluid in the torque converter will drain into the sump. When restarted the converter will fill back to normal capacity.

If you filled it based on the full capacity of about 11 quarts, then it is way overfilled as the convertor holds a lot fluid by itself.
