What are my options for a automitic transmission bolt up to a 56 DeSoto 330 engion?

There are transmission adapters to mount up nearly anything you want. Personally, I think the best upgrade is to the '62-'65 push-button trans.

392 Hemi to (what ever you choose) adaptor. I it's a 727 I like Quality Engineered Components one.
