Location: Lordstown, Ohio		its in ok good usable shape
its not falling apart nor does the plastic stink or is sticky
the red paint flakes off with moderate pressure
horn bar is included BUT RETAINER AND HARDWARE IS NOT

your getting the wheel and horn bar only

i also have a NOS black one

one has to go


1450$ OBO includes shipping lower 48 anywhere else extra
