Location: Wisconsin | The National DeSoto Club's annual convention will be held in Chatham, Ontario, July 26 - 30, 2023. The actual show will be Saturday, July 29th. More details willl be posted to the NDC website in the coming months. Please note that spectating is free and open to the public. Location: Wisconsin | Yes, that's true, but the club started in the US in the pre-internet days when there initially weren't any members in other countries and if I had to guess, they didn't think about the eventuality of that happening. Since the name's established (38 years now) and on all of the club's official paperwork filed with the government, club logo, etc. it would be a lot of work to update it at this point. This will actually be the second NDC convention held in Canada. The other was Niagara Falls in 2005 and was one of my favorite conventions. |
