Men! Mvh Jens

Exner Expert 10K+ Posts: 10290 Location: Lower Mainland BC | . Just in case there are English speakers who might be able to help you Jens: "Hello to you! After a few years now with my Desoto Firedome 4-door '59, I just drove it into the garage to start a long-awaited renovation. But! Since the car is quite bad in the rear wheelhouse edges and backwards, I have to get hold of economy sheet metal to even have a chance to get the car nice before paint. I have searched with candles and lanterns to find sheet metal, but no. So my question is, Do you have any suggestions for people who might have? Or manufacture screen edges/quarterpanels? Incidentally, the car is really fresh and has a newly renovated drivetrain, so it would be a shame if it had fallen on this from getting a nice exhibitor. Etc. Exner Expert 10K+ Posts: 10033 Location: So. Cal | Do not buy those panels. They are complete junk. I bought a set and they were really thin guage, didn't even come close to the right contours and completely worthless. I easily bent them in half and threw them away. Because of how thin the were, they weren't even useful as scrap metal. Just pure garbage. Unfortunately, the only good place to get decent repair panels is from Lennart Svard in Sweden. Don't waste your time or money with anything else.

Exner Expert 10K+ Posts: 10033 Location: So. Cal | Surprisingly, yes I did. I complained to them and they refunded me. They know what they are selling is garbage, but try to get away with it.
