Upper Row:

MDL 632 = Imperial (6) Crown (3) Southampton 2-DOor Hardtop (2)
SCDL 0306 = Scheduled on March 6, 1958
ITM 302 = Second car built that day
PNT XPP = Ermine (White) roof color (X), Matator Red upper and lower body color (PP)
TRM 061 = Silver Leather and Silver Monaco Broadcloth

Middle Row:

365 = Flight Sweep Trunk Lid
345 = Heater with Defroster
467 = Solex Tinted Glass and Shaded Windshield

Lower Row:

SRL 12623 = Serial Number LY1*12623
562 = Sold Car
445 = Radio Electro Touch Tuner with Power Antenna
394 = Rear Window Defogger

Here the trim code 60 "Tan";
So your car should have similar pattern cloth, but SILVER...
