Hi Jack: I do not know when the personalized plates were issued, but the one I have is engraved with Otto Vallastro's 56 Fury number 3393. I got it from someone in New England who bought it at a swap meet. I have talked to Otto about the plate he said that the plate was on his 56 Fury when he sold it and that some of his buddies in 57 or 58 gave it to him as a present. The new owner apparently removed and sold the plate. It looks fine for a 56 or later years. Otto's plate was bent to fit on the curve of the hump and I have strightened it. It is still not perfectly stright but can be used for a pattern. Glenn Barratt and I have exchanged e-mail on reproducing the plate. I have no interest in making money on it.
