well I finally found a o ring to fit her. 2 miles from my house!!  is the
pump originally black.  what about engine color and brackets? will send
progress tomorrow.   thanks guys     will

  You might as well rebuild the whole thing

  The only trick in getting the correct kit is telling him if the shaft is
'slotted' on the end or not.

    You can get the O ring at a plumbing supply house.
