Hi GFSers,
Dodge had the 350 4bbl as standard in their Custom Royal, Custom Sierra and
Suburban & Sierra station wagons, rated at 295 horse. The D-500 package in
'58 was a 2X4 361 rated at 320hp. DeSoto's offered the 350 in their least
priced series, the Firesweep, a 2bbl version rated at 280hp, while their
other pricier lines had variations of the 361 from 295 hp thru
345hp(Adventurer). This is from my 21st Edition Motors Manual that I bought
in '58.

In my search for some early 'B' engine items,,I came across a fellow who has
a small junk yard.
He mentioned that he has a 58 DODGE wagon with an orig 350 4bbl in it.
I just checked my old books--YES Dodge did have a 350 in 58

Folks,
My understanding is that the 350 was available only in 1958, with two four
barrels on our Furys and with a two barrel on the lowest-priced DeSoto. I
hadn't heard that it was available on a Dodge.
