Re: [GFS] Rocker panel drain holes

Hi Glenn

I do not know if mine are orig or not,,so someone please cross check me.,,,HERE GOES......

Starting from underneath,,,,,at the separation between the bottom of the front fender and the bottom of the door rocker panel....
There are 5 holes at the following distances
5 1/2"-------20"---------34"-------48"----62"---then shortly thereafter you meet up with the stone shield.
The front hole looks like a perfectly round hole about 3/4" dia
All the rest are about 1/2" diameter but have a 'blown sand dune' effect as if they were drilled out,,then you take the drill bit and bend the hole to flare it toward the rear.
MAKE ANY SENSE??????

  Hi.
After fabricating and installing new rocker panels on my 57 Plymouth Fury, it is time to put the
drain holes back in place that these cars so desperately need to get rid of the water as quickly as
  possible.
My original rocker panels that were on the Fury were incorrect, and so are of no help to me.
Could I ask some of you who have good unmolested 57 and 58 Plymouths, to check for me the location,
quantity, size and shape of the rocker panel drain holes, so that I can put them back in the correct
  way on my Fury.
Many cars have replacement rocker panels, so it would be good to get a few replies and take the
  consensus.
I am not sure if these would be the same on Dodge, Chrysler and Desoto also, so specifically looking
  for 57/58 Plymouth replies only.
  Thanks,
  Glenn.
  57 Fury,
  Auckland, NZ.
