For Immediate Release - York, PA  The unequivocal love 
affair with  the automobile will be defined this coming Friday and Saturday 
at the Fifth  Annual York US 30 Musclecar Madness show presented by Cloister 
Wash and Lube at  the York Fairgrounds, York Expo Center.

Musclecars from the '60's and  '70's will adorn the East and West Memorial 
Halls as the pride of ownership of  many specimens of the horsepower craze will 
be displayed to the delight of the  South Central Pennsylvania area where a 
rich performance heritage is in full  bloom.

The Yenko Novas, Chevelles, and Camaros of the Super  Car
Workshop of Latrobe, Pennsylvania will stand tall among some of the  
countries finest drag racing specimens of the era.

Duane Goodman of  Seneca Falls, NY will debut his 2005 
Muscle Machine of the Year as awarded  by Hemmings Muscle
Machine Magazine with his outstanding '66 Chevy II L79  Nova.

Joe Sedell of Gardners returns with his immaculate '64 black  Chevrolet 
Impala Super Sport that has won the People's Choice award twice at  previous 
Musclecar Madness shows.
 
Ron Swartley of Harrisburg, Pa will have his record breaking 1956  Plymouth 
Fury on Display again this year. One of the few record holders  from the 1950"s.

Ray Owings of Westminster, Maryland debuts his 1955  Yellow
Corvette which is only one of six, six cylinder Corvettes manufactured  by 
Chevrolet for 1955.

While the 145 entries in the Memorial Halls are  standing tall, the Cruisin' 
Into Summer Cruise In on the outside will be rampant  with over 500 
outstanding street muscle cars, performance trucks, and street  rods that will catch the 
awe of any car lover.

The two day show will  feature a DJ both days at the Cruise In, lots of 
contests and awards marking a  weekend to remember for any car enthusiast.

Proceeds from the People's  Choice voting, 50-50's, and a special memorabilia 
auction on Saturday will  benefit the York County SPCA.

The York County Corvette Club will add over  100 great Corvette entries to 
the action packed show on Saturday during their  Fun Event.

The show will feature a live broadcast on Octane Radio which  will provide 
worldwide radio coverage to be heard by our troops all over the  world.  The 
program will feature interviews from the show on both Friday  and Saturday with 
many prizes and noteworthy items commemorating our performance  heritage.

Show hours are Friday, July 7th 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday,  July 8th 10 
a.m. until 9 p.m.  with the featured guest of the show the King  of the 
Dragsters "Big Daddy" Don Garlits both days.

Admission is only  $20.00 for a special two day discount ticket or $12.00 for 
a single day.   Children under 12 free, and always free parking.
