Was your Plymouth possibly built in Canada?
I'm having difficulty decoding the information too. I did find a code for  
LP2W which told me it's an 8 cylinder, built in Windsor, but the book I have had 
 some questionable facts concerning that too.
The color code may be an Iceberg White top  with Copper Glow for the  
remainder of the car.
 
 You pose some interesting questions.
