Hey John, 

Congrats on the Senior Award - you've earned it!  Too bad you won't be
able to make it to Carlisle, but family should (rightly) always come
first.  She's still young enough to believe all the fireworks are for
her birthday.  =)

 

Ron and Wendy do an amazing job of organizing all those events, hotels,
breakfasts, dinners, cruises, and the rest -- I wish we could be even
half as organized.  We're lucky if we can get coffee made for everyone
in the morning.  Funny thing is, my master's degree is actually in
recreation, parks and events planning but I must have written over those
brain cells with MoPar part numbers or something.  

 

Juley is quickly becoming our 'events coordinator' for F.L. though, so I
just do what she tells me to do, and buy what she tells me to buy, and
it always works out better than I could have planned it, but we're still
a long ways away from being that organized.  We're "still learning".  =)
Hopefully the movie night will work out, but the weather looks "iffy".

 

Have fun with your granddaughter, and I guess we'll see you at Hershey!
