[GFS] Re: 56 Fury in Nebraska

Tom,

Was not aware of the auction.  Was it a well known auction like Barrett-Jackson, or estate auction?  Soukup had owned that car at least 30 years.  Also just found out today that the AACA Senior Class winner of 1987, Otto Vallastro's '56 Fury, both of whom seemingly dropped out of sight in the late 80's,  was sold to a brand new GFSer.  Vallastro had lived in Virginia.  Amazing how Fury's on our Registry for decades and long out of sight, do resurface.

Does anyone know how much the Harold Soukup's Fury sold for at last Saturday's auction?
