Re: IML: Cleaning Whitewall Tires

Not sure if it is found elsewhere, but I use a "citrus based" cleaner that I literally spray on each tire, let it sit for a minute and rinse off to reveal totally cleaned blacks and whitewalls.  On rare occasion (like accidental curb rub) I would actually have to use a brush.  Citrus is the same reason products like GOOP work so well.

Subject: IML: Cleaning Whitewall Tires

Doing some cleaning in the garage yesterday I noticed how grungy and dirty mwhitewalls are.  Very yellowed and to think these were good tires.
Now that it is Spriing, time to revive the old "cleaning whitewall tire" thread.  I have tried about everything I have ever heard, and nothing seem to really do the job.  How do I turn yellew into white?  Anyone have any tips or solutions??
