Hi Charlie,

I have never seen a two piece low and reverse band for the Torqueflite. That's not to say someone hasn't ever made one. I would think since that band has alot of pressure on it when it applies a two piece band would be risky. Have you pulled the band to see if the band is actually broken? We've had several servo pistons break. Those can be replaced without trans removal.

can anyone recommend a vendor for a automatic trans rebuild kit for a 57, also years ago I used a "2 piece band" that you could sneak in without tearing the trans apart. Is this an option on a 57 mopar trans? I have no reverse and believe the band adjustment is correct. any help would be appreciated. thank you, Charlie
