Interesting!!!  A simple CAR COVER does the trick???

I'm one of those attorneys that you don't trust alsol. I don't do much code
enforcement, but I'd be happy to try and help as well. This happened to me
too and the solution was that any non-registered car had to have a car
cover. Sometimes the solution isn't so easy, but....
