ken here hey the stering wheel is some what similar to the plymouth stering wheel on my dart. also did ne 1 catch the artcle in te dec. issue of classic car mag on the ' 53 imp? now my personal faves are the ' 55-56, 62 [ tail lights on fenders[, 57-61 [ tail fins], & the 64- 68 [ body style, dash board], but, if i had the $ & some one offerd me a ' 53 i'd consiter tho some one would have to teach me how to drive a simi automatic. i can drive a stick, but ive never driven a simi auto when to / not to clutch would be a ? for me.
