Yes, the pumps are the same for all 413 passenger car engines.

The arm is short, and is operated by a plain rod which runs in a machined
passageway in the block, almost vertically, up to the camshaft lobe which
presses the rod down once each rotation of the camshaft.  

This rod will drop down and block the installation of the new fuel pump as
soon as you remove it, making the job somewhat tricky.  There are two ways
to solve this problem.  The rod may be persuaded to stay up out of your way
if you coat it with some grease, but remember this will dissolve and wind up
mixing with the engine oil, so it must be clean, and the smallest amount
which works is best.  

The other way to solve it is to remove the threaded plug which is in line
with the rod, below the mounting surface of the fuel pump, so that you can
stick a tool up there to hold the rod up out of the way while you install
the pump with your other hand, and start the bolts into the threaded holes
for the mounting flange of the pump with your third and fourth hands.  The
threaded plug usually has a large Allen head socket, which may be larger
than you have in your toolbox.  Some are square headed, usually 7/16 flat to
flat.  The plug is easy to remove with the engine out and sitting on an
engine stand; with the engine in the car, it is quite a bit more difficult,
but it can be done.

Are thr pumps the same from 62-63 in all chrysler 413s?
The pump has an arm on it, what does this contact? the shaft or does a rod
go between the arm and the shaft?
