there is one company that supposedly makes them, but
the engine compartment is so tight that using headers
is very impractical - especially with the single-piece
front clip that's on the 64-66 cars.  The 73 that I
have has even more clearance, and I abandoned the
idea.

I looked into them on my HP project, and you're going
to be looking for a set that fit a C-body, but it's
such a rare request and such a poor fit that there
apparently pretty much not available.  

I'd suggest that you consider porting and polishing
the stock manifolds instead.
