No, that’s brake fluid.  DOT 3 & 4 make excellent paint strippers.    I have never had transmission fluid damage any paint.  It also works well to lubricate a drill bit or saw blade when cutting metal.

    It has always been my understanding that transmission fluid and paint do not mix, especially prolonged exposure of any kind. Am I wrong?
