IML: 65 Imperial 4 sale

The 65 thats for sale in Weirton, WV has this phone # on the for sale sign. 1-304-723-7386. I do believe that this car can be bought for less that the 5K that their asking.
I do not have anything to do with this car, I simply noticed it on my way to work. It has been at the location for about 4 weeks now.
