Re: IML: 73 Fuel Pump replacement

It doesn't always fall out. The other possibility is that it fell all the way out and is under the car.

Subject: IML: 73 Fuel Pump replacement

Hi List,

After reading all the fuel pump replacing info in the repair section....I am in the process of replacing it today...After removing the old pump..(and the Alternator)..I began looking for the infamous pushrod...and I don't think it is in there...do those things fall out, or is it retracted all the way close to the cam?
