I second (third?) checking the battery connections. I had a car with a suspect + cable, often when hooked it up after winter storage it would operate all accessories, but when I went to start it, it would click and then have nothing-as if the battery wasn't hooked up. Fiddle with the connector and it would eventually be fine. Check the cable connections first-(it's free) then try the other suggestions.

98 percent of the time its the cable connections to the battery. Make  sure
the battery is fully charged clean the terminals and start your  car
