Re: IML: BATTERY FLOAT CHARGER?

Thank you for the reminder, Burt.  It is a privilege indeed to have your continuing contributions stemming out of your perspective as a long service Chrysler product contributor.

I  use a Sears battery maintainer. It keeps the battery at full charge but does not overcharge. I have had three of them for several years and all have worked great. They cost about $30.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO KEEP THE BATTERY CHARGED IN THE CAR AND NOT DRAIN OVER THE WINTER MONTHS? I WANT TO KEEP IT IN THE GARAGE WITHOUT DISCONNECTING IT. IS A FLOATING BATTERY CHARGER THE WAY TO GO? IF SO WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND AND WHERE CAN I GET IT- THANKS
