IML: Carb

If you rebuild a carb you have to make sure that you clean out all the orfius.  If they are plugged and don't get cleaned out then you have wasted your money.  Also check the main thottle shaft to make sure that it does not have excess up and down play.  They will leak and suck air.  Carbs need to be boilded out with a good carb clearner at least over night to do it right.      When you try adjusting the air jets and they don't change anything then they are usually plugged.
