Thank you for your information and suggestions on electronic
ignitions. As mentioned, I have other things to check before making that
decision. I strongly suspect the carb since it is stock and probably hasn't been
cleaned or rebuilt since new.
The
interior is out and the floor pan is replaced. Next is electrical.
After that I'll get back to the engine.
Ya know, I
still catch myself thinking how cool it is that so many want to
help their fellow car guys and how fortunate we are to have this
list.
