Ray,
I used the old Door panels fro my 4 door Le Baron
as patterns to make new ones out of hardboard ( Masonite). I had to literally
hold them together with duct tape to make a pattern. Once I had a pattern I
traced it onto the hard board & cut it out with a jig saw. A rasp was
used to finish off any rough edges. I marked all the holes & drilled them. I
used a file to make the elongated holes for the clips. I moved all the metal
pieces form my old panels to the new. The I was able to reupholster
them.
