   The wheel cylinders might have needed replacing. When the shoes are very 
worn, the wheel cylinders can 'hyper-extend', making them leak. Also, they 
might just have needed replacing.

  Possible, but not terribly likely. Sounds to me like they screwed up 
bleeding them, or didn't tighten up the shoe adjustment properly.

  Yeah, probably. I would've expected something like half that.
