IML:Rarest option for 1960

Has anyone ever come across what I imagine is the rarest option for  
1960 Imperials. The special edition Elizabeth Arden Imperial Travel  
Case?  As seen in the Nina Ricci Imperial collection Vogue spread.  
Always wondered what was in it?
My Wife needs to have one.
