Context is unknown.

Those came from an ebay auction about 7 years ago, and
there was no additional info in the auction
information, and nothing on the back.

They were listed by a major auto lit vendor that has a
habit of setting their prices so high as to make their
goods more expensive than they're generally worth.

My bet is that you'd have to find a Dempsey
officianado as the next step - the lit vendors are not
usually very helpful on context, so I'd suggest
skipping that avenue.
