I hadn't intended to go to the auto-show this year- everything's too new,
uninteresting, and ugly; then a friend called Saturday from the show and
said, "I think you'll want to get down here- there's a beautiful '57
Imperial making the new concept Imperial look even less interesting than it
already is. So I'm going- as soon as possible- WITH a camera.

Has any other list members from the Minneapolis area been to the auto show?.
There is a beautiful 57 Imperial on display next to the Imperial concept car
in the Chrysler area.
I think the 57 received more attention than the concept car rotating on a
platform above it!
