Welcome to the club Jim,
    We have a 75 4DrHt LeBaron and its spedometer does not work
even though there is a Chrysler sticker on the dash stating that
it was replaced by them.  Funny, the flip clock hardly works
also.  The A/C does not work but the heat does.  Got a lead from
another member at the Arizona get together last Saturday in
Phoenix, about Phoenix places that might be able to rebuild the
spedometer, clock, and Search Tune Am/Fm radio.  Do you have four
wheel disc?
